3. SEO and Ranking Disclaimer
While UniLocalSEO uses industry-best practices and ethical strategies to improve your local search visibility, we do not have control over search engine algorithms (such as Google). Therefore:
- We do not guarantee a specific ranking, “Position #1” status, or a specific increase in traffic or sales.
- Search rankings can fluctuate due to algorithm updates, competitor actions, and other external factors.
4. Hosting and Domain Services
If you utilize our Website Hosting and Domain services:
- Uptime: We strive for maximum uptime, but we are not liable for temporary downtimes caused by server maintenance, cyber-attacks, or third-party infrastructure failures.
- Renewals: You are responsible for paying domain and hosting renewal fees on time. Failure to renew may result in website suspension or loss of your domain name.
5. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
- Payment Terms: All services require an upfront payment or a scheduled payment plan as agreed upon in your invoice or contract.

For Website Design and Video Editing projects, the scope of work and number of revisions will be outlined in your specific project agreement. Any additional features, extra video revisions, or out-of-scope requests will be billed separately at our standard hourly or fixed rate.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall UniLocalSEO, its directors, employees, or partners be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages resulting from website hacks or third-party service failures.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms and Conditions, fail to make payments, or engage in abusive behavior toward our staff.
